Photography History — My students enjoy this one because the slow shutter speeds at the time left ghosting images, shadows etc. in the photos and it's a neat discussion in class. I like it because we often forget photog history in our digital age. Great little warm up in class. Asks students to think about specific parts of the image and then gives facts about San Fransisco in 1857 and the facts about the this historic image.
