Great for Life Skills/FACS class — I use this is our cooking unit, first start with safety and then cover basic food storage. This worksheet is a great intro, gets students thinking about setting up their own kitchen's, pantries, etc. Teacher's notes gives a lot of information and discussion starters. Also leads in well to discussion of food choices/GMO's/nutritional choices, etc.
