Putting radial symmetry in a bit more of an interesting project - Students get to practice Mexican tiles that are symmetrical. Included is a history about the tiles, examples for print or screen, teacher's notes on how to, 6 different tiles to choose from to practice, and a blank template for students to try their own designs. This concentrates more on symmetry than the deep art history portion, it makes a great collaborative project — take each students tile and put them all together, it comes out amazing!
